About Heron Cross Pottery
Heron Cross Pottery was built circa 1876 by the Hines brothers on the site of a former colliery in the street that would later bear their name. Today the factory still produces fine earthenware pottery using traditional skills passed down through generations of skilled potters.

Postage, Payments and Returns Policy
Postage
All our postage charges are item specific and are calculated at the shopping basket. We will always ensure to our best possible ability that any risk of breakages to the pottery is minimised and sometimes a signature may be required. Your order will be insured at our cost when it is dispatched to you. All our orders will be dispatched within 3-10 days, however, occasionally there may be a delay so if the item is needed for a certain date please add a message to your order so we can arrange for a speedier delivery.
Different Shipping Address
If you wish to have the goods sent to another address, simply enter the shipping address as you place the order.

Returns and Refunds Policy
If for any reason you wish to Return or need a replacement for your item please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order either via email, (heronxpottery@live.co.uk) whassapp or text (07752260450) or simply use our online contact form.
- Please return the unused item within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please use the original box and packaging where possible.
- Please state a Reason for return.
- Please insert the original postage label inside the box as all your order details are on the reverse.
- I will Process the refund on receipt of the item(s) in there original condition to the original payment method.
- The buyer is responsible for the return postage unless otherwise agreed
- If the item arrived damaged please contact us to arrange a replacement.
